Email us at support@splitwerk.app. We usually reply within 1–2 business days. Helpful: the app version (in the app under "More"), your iPhone model and a short description – please no health data.
Cancel your subscription
- Open Settings on your iPhone.
- Tap your name → Subscriptions.
- Choose Splitwerk → Cancel Subscription.
Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial or current period ends. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription. You can also get there in the app under "More" → "Manage subscription".
Restore purchases
New iPhone or reinstalled the app? Sign in to the App Store with the same Apple ID, open Splitwerk and tap "Restore purchases" on the subscription screen or under "More". Your subscription is tied to your Apple ID, not to a Splitwerk account.
Note: training data is not stored in a cloud. It only moves to a new iPhone via an iPhone backup or Apple's device-to-device transfer.
Delete your data
All training data lives only on your iPhone. Delete it in the app under "More" → "Delete all data", or delete the app. An active subscription is not affected. Withdraw consent for analytics and marketing measurement under "More" → "Privacy". More in our Privacy Policy.
Refunds
Payments are handled by Apple, so only Apple can issue refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com with your Apple ID.
FAQ
I don't see the free trial.
The free trial is available once per Apple ID. If you've tried Splitwerk before, you'll see the regular price.
I paid, but Pro isn't unlocked.
Check your internet connection and tap "Restore purchases". If that doesn't help, email us with the approximate purchase date – no payment details, please.
How do I change my race date or training days?
In the "Race" tab or in your plan. Your training plan is recalculated automatically.
I missed a session. Now what?
No problem. The plan reschedules missed sessions by priority; if you miss several, it rebuilds the week with a bit less volume.
I can't hear the voice cues.
Check the volume and your iPhone's silent switch or Focus mode. If that doesn't help, email us with your app version and iPhone model.
How accurate is the prediction?
It's an estimate with a range based on your inputs. The more precise your numbers and the more often you retest, the more accurate it gets. More in the FAQ on the home page.
Is Splitwerk available on Android?
Currently iPhone only (iOS 16.4 or later).
